Do you think it is quackery to believe it when someone says, “We can put the brakes on aging!” You will have a chance to decide for yourself when all is said and done.
It is all starting with a molecular scientist who has found out something remarkable in his quest for an anti aging substance. The man’s name is Bill Andrews, PH.D., who is a molecular biologist. He is also a leading authority in something in biology called telomeres, which are repetitive segments of non-coding DNA found at the ends of chromosomes. He describes them as sort of being like the plastic tips on the ends of shoe laces which protects the chromosomes from being damaged. But, each time one of our cells divide and replicates itself, the telomeres shorten.
Dr. Andrews colleagues won the Nobel Prize in Physiology in 2009 for the discoveries they made in their own telomeres study. In his own studies Dr. Andrews found an enzyme called telomerase which can replace all those bases of the DNA that are lost in cell dividing and replacement. This anti aging remedy could be accomplished in all our cells with the proper signal, which would be a compound to increase the enzyme, telomerase activity. This signal could reverse aging and increase a humans lifespan.

Well, it’s January 3rd and here is my Fitness “plan of attack” for 2011!
My desire to really stick with exercise this year was brought on strongly by my husband booking us a 7 Day trip to Key West, Florida in February!
The “pain” of getting in a bikini right now was just too much to bear so here goes nothing!
If you have studied personality types, I lean towards the “gems” of “ruby/sapphire” (I think some call them “red/blue”) so of course I have to get the most challenging fitness program out there, “Insanity.” But to balance it out, I have to also have fun and there’s nothing funner than “Just Dance 2″ for the Wii.
But I have to be honest this morning after 6 songs and the “Insanity” fitness test, I was about to puke (sorry for the visual) but I’m excited to keep it up for 60 days and see what happens!
And my healthy resolution wouldn’t be complete with out my daily “Nutritional Cleansing” products.
I’m starting and ending my day with the “Cleansing Tea” warmed up and then the “Cleansing Juice” during my exercise and of course I have to feel like I’m cheating so I get to snack on the healthy Dark Chocolates (YUM!)
Then simply, 2 healthy shakes and a healthy meal.
How simple is this!

Typically the majority of people tend to blame weight gain on consuming too many calories and lack of exercise.
Although eating food high in fat and calories and lack of exercise do play a role in weight gain, scientists and doctors have discovered another element in the battle of losing weight.
Chemicals that we’re all exposed to everyday called obesogens may be playing an even larger role in the obesity epidemic. Obesogens are also known as endocrine disruptors. These chemicals can be natural and man made.
Endocrine disruptors or obesogens as we’ll call them work by changing the bodies regulatory system that controls weight in the body.
